About Me
I am a biostatistician and Instructor of Medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine. My work focuses on integrating genomic, clinical, and surveillance data to inform disease control in high-burden settings, and in building reproducible, scalable analytic tools for population-based research.
Research Interests
My research sits at the intersection of biostatistics, infectious disease epidemiology, and global health. I am particularly interested in:
- Developing statistical methods for integrating diverse data sources, including genomic, clinical, and surveillance data.
- Applying modeling techniques such as phylodynamics and machine learning to understand the spread of infectious diseases.
- Using these methods to study TB and other pathogens, with the goal of informing prevention and control strategies.
